The Tanners Steffler Foundation held it’s first “Let’s Get Real: Conversations” event in Clinton last night at the Libro Community Hall of the Eastlink Arena.
The night featured youth from Huron and Perth offering frank, open discussions on their battles with depression, substance abuse, self-harm and in some cases generational trauma that they have been dealing with.
The audience was educated over the 2=hour event through their minds and hearts.
The evening also featured a cheque presentation from the Sign Guys Canada who raised over $17,000 for the Tanner Steffler Foundation through liking and sharing a message from the company on #BellLetsTalk day.
The company thanked the community and fellow businesses for making the donation possible.
