Some local hockey players went out to raise money to help the family of a teammate.
Ty Pollard is a 17-year-old from Lucknow who is currently in a London hospital recovering from a brain injury after a serious car crash.
Ty’s parents are staying at Ronald McDonald House in London.
Tyler McDougall and Nick Ward came up with TP Strong window stickers to raise money for Ty’s family.
McDougall says it was something he felt he needed to do.
TP Strong has raised over $8,120 and McDougall says there is still a small number of stickers left for sale at $5 each.
