The Tiverton Lions have received a generous donation in support of their fundraiser for a Splash Pad for the community.
Steve Hunter, who grew up in the area and had generations of his family born and raised in the area donated $200,000 to kick off the campaign.
The Splash Pad is planned to be built near the playground at the Tiverton Sports Centre.
It’s budget is estimated at around $300,000.
