The search for the missing 10 year old girl near Mitchell has ended with the discovery of a body in Whirl Creek.
Investigators say the deceased has been identified as Taleya Paris of West Perth.
Crews located the girl late Monday night.
Police say the death is not being considered suspicious.
Perth County OPP, West Perth Fire, Perth County Paramedics all initially responded to the incident back on March 6th.
The search expanded to include OPP West Region Emergency Response Team, Canine Unit, Underwater Search and Recovery Unit and Aviation Services searched for the child, with the assistance of the Stratford and St. Marys Fire Departments, Huron Area Search and Rescue Swift Water Rescue teams, and numerous other fire departments.
