United Way Perth Huron’s Social Research and Planning Council has launched its cost of housing survey.
The goal is to learn more about how families and individuals across the area are affected by the cost of housing.
Kristin Crane, Director of the SRPC says they continue to hear housing statistics but less about the people behind the numbers.
Open throughout this month, the survey offers people a chance to share how they have been impacted by the current crisis.
Ryan Erb, Executive Director for United Way says this information is critical from the perspective of community building.
