The United Way Perth-Huron say in a recent release that after introducing access to it’s Urgent Needs Fund through the 211 helpline, they are now looking at growing the fund.

The move is in efforts to ensure that it can continue to assist people across Perth-Huron with immediate, pressing needs.

To make sure the Fund continues, says Executive Director of the Perth-Huron United Way Ryan Erb, they are asking people in the community who already have a safety net in times of need to give in support of those who don’t.

To give people can drop off or mail donations to the United Way Perth-Huron office at 32 Erie Street in Stratford or online through the perthhuron.unitedway.ca website and click “Donate Now”.
