United Way Perth Huron is preparing to celebrate 211 Day tomorrow on February 11th.
It is a day for highlighting the information available to everyone free of charge, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year in over 150 languages.
Susan Faber, United Way’s Director of Resource Development and Communications says it connects people to valuable local programs, services, supports and more.
She adds it’s a valuable resource anyone can access for helping make sure that whatever challenge they are facing they aren’t facing it alone.
Last year there were over 1,400 calls to 211 Ontario from Perth-Huron and more than 7,000 visits to the 211 Ontario website.
