Kincardine residents should be watching their mail as the voter information letters have been sent out to eligible electors.
These letters should be kept somewhere safe as they contain a unique PIN to you to access the voting system.
Voting will open up in Kincardine on October 19th at 10am and close October 26th at 8pm.
Electors will be able to vote anywhere online or by phone at anytime when the voting period is open.
