The Waterloo Regional Police are looking for the public’s help in locating a missing 11-year-old from Kitchener.
Kay-dee Parsons was last seen in the area of Courtland Avenue East and Borden Avenue South.
She is described as 5 feel 1 inches tall, 100 pounds with brown hair with blonde and blue dye, grey hoodie, black shorts and brown sandals.
There are concerns for her well-being.
