There has been no shortage of fire bans across the area and West Grey is up next.
As of Thursday, the fire ban was put in effect for all outdoor and open air burning.
This has been put in place given the continued dry weather with all active burn permits being suspended and no new permits issued until the ban is lifted.
Campfires are still permitted so long as they are contained in a pit, tire rim or other approved firewood burning device so long as they are used for warmth or cooking.
