Westario Power is receiving high praise for its customer service.
The local utility company issued a news release this week announcing that they achieved close to 95 percent in overall customer satisfaction.
They say an independent third party recently conducted a survey on behalf of Westario.
They say the results showed that Westario met or exceeded national and provincial scores in several operational categories including: providing consistent, reliable electricity, handling outages and restoring power quickly, and dealing with customer problems in a professional manner.
President and CEO of Westario Power Jenny Alfandary says this shows that their customers have trust in Westario and their loyalty is an incredible asset.
