One person is facing charges after a call about an incident in Huron Township.
On February 2nd at around 3:44pm, South Bruce OPP were called about a disturbance at a home on Concession 8 with police being told someone left the scene in a vehicle.
Police spotted the driver and during a stop it was determined they were impaired.
The 34 year old of Huron Kinloss has been charged with Operation While Impaired, Failure or Refusal to Comply with a Demand, Uttering Threats and Assault.
The accused will appear in court next month.
