A 37 year old is facing a list of charges stemming from a crash in Chatsworth back in June.
Grey Bruce OPP responded to the scene on June 23rd to a crash involving a pickup truck and motorcycle on Concession 3A between Massie Road and Holland Sydenham Townline.
The motorcycle rider sustained serious injuries and was taken to hospital.
On August 12th, a 37 year old man of Owen Sound was arrested and charged with Dangerous Operation Causing Bodily Harm, Careless Driving Causing Bodily Harm and Operating a Vehicle without Insurance.
The accused will appear in court on September 25th.
