There is still some summer to squeeze in and the Town of Goderich is still taking steps to make sure everyone can enjoy the parks and beaches safely.
To keep safety in mind, the town has made a change to the parks and facilities by law which will include solid fuel BBQ’s including charcoal will no longer be permitted in parks or on beaches.
The town adds bbq’s can only be used in designated, signed grass areas and pavilion spaces and users must ensure to not leave them unattended and properly extinguish when finished.
