A Kincardine physician has agreed to take in new patients.
The Municipality issued a news release saying Doctor Angela Cavanagh can accept up to 200 new patients.
It is open to individuals and families living in the Municipality of Kincardine or the Township of Huron-Kinloss who do not currently have access to a local family doctor.
They say this is in response to a high need for local primary care.
There is a sign-up sheet at the Kincardine Community Medical Clinic that will be available this Saturday starting at 8:30 AM.
Chair of the Kincardine Physician Recruitment and Retention Committee Doug Kennedy says they are extremely fortunate to have Dr. Cavanagh who is willing to take in new patients.
