The Municipality of Kincardine are marking Pride Month with the raising of the rainbow Pride flag at three locations.
The first will be at the Kincardine Library Wednesday morning at 10.
That is followed by one at the Davidson Centre at 11, and at the Tiverton Fire Fall at 6 that evening.
The Municipality also announcing that the Pride Parade is back after a two-year hiatus due to COVID-19.
That is happening on June 25th.
They are also launching two Rainbow Diversity Virtual Training sessions.
One is taking place on June 10th that will deal with LGBTQ terminology and experiences.
The other is on June 29th which will cover more details on terminology, identities, and challenges.
