The Municipality of Kincardine announced it has hired Jillene Bellchamber-Glazier as the Chief Administrative Officer for the Municipality effective September 19th. The by-law for the appointment was passed at Monday night’s Special Meeting of Council.
The Municipality says in the release announcing the appointment that Bellchamber-Glazier has 20 years’ experience working in the public sector and brings a wealth of knowledge in public policy, project management and stakeholder relations to the CAO position.
She was most recently the CAO/Clerk at the Municipality of Southwest Middlesex and previously worked at Perth County and the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing.
