Applications are now open for the 2026 Strong Communities Initiative with Hensall Co-op.
The initiative is aimed to support not for profits and keep the growing support in rural communities.
A $10,000 donation from the coop is available with criteria including funding of a project which will have a long term impact on the community, a clear and measurable benefit to the rural community and be an organization which has demonstrated they can sustain the initiative to the end of the project.
Priority will be given to those who have not received a large scale sponsorship or donation from the co-op within the last 5 years.
Applications are due by May 31st.
