The Alzheimer Society of Huron Perth has new Summer Education programs that will be available both in-person and for taking online.
Next month the agency launches the Brain Health Academy, it’s a 4-week online education workshop focused on specific areas; July 7th nourish feeding the body feeding the brain, July 14th replenish and restore, rest and mindfulness, July 21st engage and connect, stay social, keep sharp and July 28th move, keeping the body and brain active.
