At least one local in Midwestern Ontario will be hitting the stage at Lucknow’s Music in the Field.
Voting wrapped up for the Emerging Artist Showdown with three winners getting the shot to preform on the artist side stage on the Friday and Saturday which saw Harriston’s Bernie Hale being the runner up and among those preforming.
Andy Colonico of Welland placed first in voting while Toronto’s Hayden Ryann came up in third.
This year saw some issues with voting resulting in officials resetting the vote count to ensure integrity in the competition.
Music in the Fields runs August 27th-29th.
