Students in Bruce County looking at a career in public works are being reminded of the support available to them in post secondary.
The Bruce County Public Works Association is offering a $1000 scholarship for students looking into a career within municipal public works.
Requirements include to be a resident of Bruce County, be enrolled in a post secondary program related to municipal public works and to have at least one year completed.
Leadership through extracurricular or volunteer activities is also a desirable trait for the scholarship.
