Bruce Power and its supplier partners have donated $20,000 to Childcan, supporting families affected by childhood cancer.
The donation marks Cancer Awareness Month in September with Childcan using this support for personalized, responsive and compassionate programs and services to children and families in need of care.
Maggie Tieman, Bruce Power’s Director of Community and External Affairs says a childhood cancer diagnosis affects an entire family and having compassionate, local support can make a meaningful difference during an incredibly difficult time.
