Bruce Power Launches Readiness Assessment Fund

Bruce Power has launched a $1 million Regional Municipal Readiness Assessment Fund, supporting municipalities in Grey, Bruce and Huron Counties.

This fund is aimed to support the counties in advancing planning related to the proposed Bruce C Project.

Applications are open, being taken until August 1st with individual projects expected to be completed by the end of 2027 and must not exceed $75,000 in total costs.

The fund is meant to support studies and assessments to help prepare for the Bruce C project impacts including transportation infrastructure, housing and workforce accommodation needs, water and wastewater infrastructure and land development planning.
