Kincardine Avenue remains closed just west of Queen Street due to a structure fire.
Emergency crews responded to the scene earlier this morning to the blaze but were cleared out by around 8am.
Details are still limited at this time including the cause of the fire and damages but updates will be provided as they are made available.
