Bruce Power has been recognized as one of Canada’s Best Diversity Employers for 2024.
This marks the 4th straight year Bruce Power has been recognized as the company continues its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion journey to build programs to sustain an accessible and positive environment by providing opportunities for everyone.
In 2023 the company trained over 900 leaders in steps to ensuring a Psychologically Safe and Inclusive workplace.
In a release Karen Smith, Vice-President and Chief Human Resources Officer says they continue learning from their people about their needs and it helps to form their programs and are already seeing progress from many of their employee resource groups and training initiatives to help them move forward.
