Bruce Power has made it on to Forbes’ list of Canada’s Best Employers in 2022.
They were ranked 280 out of the top 500 companies in Canada.
In a news release from Bruce Power, more than 10,000 employees from across Canada were surveyed asking whether they would recommend their own employers to friends and family.
In their report, Forbes indicated that one common factor was corporate responsibility and the impact the employers have in their communities.
Bruce Power’s Executive V-P of Human Resources Cathy Sprague says their people are the greatest asset and their employees support the communities they live in.
Hydro-Quebec was number one followed by the University of New Brunswick, Canada School of Public Service, Regional Municipality of York, and Purolator rounding out the top five.
