A Kitchener man is facing charges after a vehicle rollover north of Brussels.

Huron County OPP were called about a single-vehicle crash on Brussels Line Saturday morning around 7:45.

They arrived to find two people next to a rolled over car.

Both occupants were not hurt but investigators say the driver was showing signs of impairment and failed an ensuing sobriety test.

He was arrested and taken to the detachment where a further evaluation determined that the driver was impaired by drugs.

A search of the accused turned up suspected fentanyl.

The 45-year-old was later released and will appear in a Goderich court January 24th.
