Saugeen Shores council has approved an amending agreement to move Cedar Crescent Village forward.

The agreement extends building permit deadlines by around 10 months to allow work to continue on site and define a completion date of September 14th 2026.

Mayor Luke Charbonneau says the construction will add further offerings to our waterfront in Port Elgin, supporting community growth, development and vision for the future.

The Cedar Crescent Village construction is taking place at the Port Elgin Main Beach.
