Curling Action kicks off at Port Elgin Chrysler 2023 Ontario Tankard Scotties in Port Elgin

Event's first action saw Team Duncan win 6 to 4 over Team Wasylkiw, Team Ladoucer defeat Team Brandwood 10 to 4, Team Homan trounce Team Froud 10-1, Team Howard win over Team Armstrong 11-3 and Team Mann win 5-3.

The Port Elgin Curling Club saw the launch of the Port Elgin Chrysler 2023 Ontario Tankard Scotties presented by Bruce Power Monday night.

They say the evening was jam packed with great food, friends, laughter and livelihood.

The event’s first action saw Team Duncan win 6-4 over Team Wasylkiw, Team Ladoucer defeat Team Brandwood 10 to 4, Team Homan trounce Team Froud 10-1, Team Howard win handily over Team Armstrong 11-3 and Team Mann win a nailbiter 5-3.

The second day of competition sees action begin at 9:30 am with Team Inglis taking on Team Harrison.
