Wellington County OPP are investigating a fatal crash south of Mount Forest.
An SUV was found partly submerged in water around 6:55 am Monday morning on Side Road 3.
An investigation determined that the vehicle was travelling on Side Road 3 when it struck a guardrail, left the roadway, and flipped over before landing in the water.
Crews were able to remove the vehicle from the water and found the lone occupant inside.
The unidentified victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
