Grey Bruce OPP are investigating a fatal collision that took place west of Meaford yesterday afternoon.
Around 12:30 p.m., emergency services responded to a head-on collision between a compact vehicle and a pickup truck on Highway 26 just east of Grey County Road 112.
The driver of the compact vehicle was pronounced deceased at the scene. Two passengers from the compact vehicle were airlifted to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the pickup truck was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The name of the deceased will be released pending next-of-kin notification.
Grey Bruce OPP closed the highway for several hours for investigation.
