Fingerprints Identify Suspect in Break and Enter

Grey Bruce OPP have charged a 20 year old from West Grey who was identified by fingerprints during police investigation.

On October 13th Grey Bruce OPP responded to a break and enter at a storage shed at a seasonal property on Grey Road 12.

Police alongside a Scene of Crime Officer processed the scene for fingerprints and obtained one friction ridge impression which identified the suspect.

As a result a 20 year old from West Grey has been charged with break and enter.

The accused will appear in Owen Sound court next month.

The list of stolen items includes the following:

–         Yamaha Grizzly ATV – has been recovered.

–         Toolbox containing various tools – still outstanding

–         Skeet shooter – still outstanding

–         2L container of motor oil – still outstanding

–         4X6 foot homemade trailer – still outstanding
