Four more local organizations provided a Home Run Donation of $10,000 for Phase 2 of the Lamont Sports Park Illuminating Dream Fundraising Campaign.
Boston Pizza & Social Athletics of Saugeen Shores, Kate Cammidge-Irwin & Susan Terry, Re/MAX, Port Elgin Chrysler and Super 8 by Wyndham Port Elgin all contributed to the second phase, which will see the construction of two youth diamonds and an accessible playground.
The donors will all receive naming rights at the park, as well as a place on the park’s Lifetime Donor Board.
