The County of Grey recognized the dedicated people who maintain their roads and infrastructure and keep their communities strong and vibrant as part of National Public Work Week this week.

Grey County Transportation Services staff serve the community all year long, doing such things as clearing snow, maintaining and reconstructing roads, bridges, removing trees, replacing culverts and more.

They also help maintain the CP Rail Trail and other County Forest properties.

Behind the scenes, their team of skilled engineers and admin staff plan & coordinate all the work that happens on roadsides.

Grey County thanks all of the Public Works Staff for providing the services everyone relies on to keep the community safe.

They created a great overview video of all their staff do.
