The Grey Highlands Fire Department has been named as one of the recipients of the Fall Fire Prevention Kit Giveaway.
The department was one of 10 winners made possible with the Fire Marshal’s Public Fire Safety Council and Medallion Group Insurance.
The kit will allow the department to share important fire safety resources with the community, support education, awareness and a safer Grey Highlands.
The municipality in a statement says this commitment to public safety and recognition is a reflection of the fire departments efforts and they are proud to see them making a difference.
