UPDATE: Hanover Police say they have located the missing woman safe!

The Hanover Police Service are looking for the Public’s help in locating a Missing Person.
33 Year old Felicia Conner was last seen late last night when she left her family’s home in Hanover.
Conner is 5′ 5″ with red hair, a medium to heavier set build and is developmentally delayed.
She is thought to be wearing a black coat with black and pink Reebok Running shoes.
She last made contact with her family from a payphone at Hanover’s Family Medical Centre beside the Hanover and District Hospital shortly after 8 am this morning.
