The Hanover Raceway is holding a fundraiser and animal food drive this coming Saturday at the racetrack in support of the Owen Sound Animal Shelter.
On July 2nd racegoers are asked to drop off a bag of dry cat or dog food at the program booth when they visit.
If they donate a minimum $10 donation to the cause they will receive a free program from the track that has a coupon for a free single scoop ice cream from serendipity in Walkerton.
