Huron County is kicking off a community engagement process on the update of its 10 year Housing and Homelessness Plan.
The County is working with Vink Consulting J Consulting Group who bring experience in supporting Service Managers and municipalities across Ontario in housing needs assessment, homeless system planning and community engagement.
Jayme Koskamp, Huron County’s Housing Services Manager says this engagement process will help the County gain a deeper understanding of current housing needs, experiences with homelessness and opportunities to strengthen local housing and homelessness system over the next decade.
A community survey will remain available until December 24th.
