Improvements to the Station Beach Boardwalk will commence next month.
This project will include replacing a section of the boardwalk in Kincardine which runs from the boat launch to just before the south washroom along with relocating certain portions of the boardwalk slightly closer to the existing parking area.
Luke Bedard, Director of Community Services says by replacing aging sections of the boardwalk, improving accessibility and creating new dune areas and they are building a more resilient and welcoming waterfront.
Work is expected to continue as weather will allow with an expected completion in spring.
