Lakeside Downtown Kincardine BIA will be looking for a new manager.
Rick Clarke announced that he was stepping down after serving as BIA manager the last 11 years.
He tells the Shoreline Classics that the time was right to move on and have someone else take over.
Clarke says downtown Kincardine was one of the first communities to bring in free wi-fi.
He says that and the many enhancements to the downtown are just a couple of accomplishments he is most proud of.
Clarke says he will stay on as manager until his successor is found.
