Kincardine council is making an appeal for municipality rural areas get access to the new Ontario Satellite Internet program.
The province in November announced they were partnering with StarLink to launch the new highs peed satellite internet access to 15,000 under served homes and business which includes rural, northern and remote communities starting this June.
Council put forward a motion to have staff write a letter of recommendation to the province to support the program in Kincardine.
