The Municipality of Kincardine says it continues to advance plans for the Downtown Queen Street Reconstruction Project set to begin in the spring of next year.

To help residents, businesses & property owners understand the scope of the work, a come and go Open House is set for this Wednesday from 3 until 5pm at the Kincardine Centre for the Arts at 708 Queen Street.

The information on display will include preliminary designs with staff from project engineer BM Ross and other organizations available to answer questions and listen to suggestions.

Construction will be along Queen Street from Durham Market Square South to Durham Street.

It will disrupt the side streets as connections are made to existing services and sidewalks.
