Kincardine launches Accessibility Survey to Understand People’s Experiences with Municipal Services, Programs and Facilities

The survey is open to people of all abilities but especially people living with disabilities and their family members, friends or caregivers.

The Municipality of Kincardine announced it has launched an Accessibility Survey to understand people’s experiences with Municipal services, programs and faciltiies.

The input will support the creation of the next Accessibility Plan.

The plan is part of their commitment to the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.

The survey is open to people of all abilities but especially people living with disabilities and their family members, friends or caregivers.

The answers will help identify gaps and barriers that currently exist and provide ideas on how to reduce and/or eliminate existing barriers in the areas of Municipal facilities, trails, walkways, sidewalks, programs and activities, Municipal Information, communication, employment and transportation.
