The provincial government is dishing out just under $12 million to support hospital upgrades and repairs in Huron, Perth, Bruce and Grey Counties.
The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance will see the bulk of the funding to the tune of $5,220,021 while Brightshores Health System receives $3,968,064 and the Wingham and District Hospital receives $897,286.
Huron-Bruce MPP Lisa Thompson says this targeted funding will allow local hospitals to make critical upgrades, providing a safer and more comfortable environment for both patients and dedicated healthcare frontline workers.
