Six students from Bluewater District School Board secondary schools showcased strong ability, debating, diplomacy, negotiation and more as part of the 53rd annual Southern Ontario Model United Nations Assembly conference.
The conference held at the end of April in Toronto brought together student delegates for an international relations simulation event.
SOMA acts as the oldest secondary school run Model UN conference and the largest in Canada.
Students included from Kincardine District Senior School took part in the conference bringing home three awards and wealth of memories and experiences.
