West Grey Police have launched a new program to support those affected by intimate partner violence.
The first of its kind program within the area, this is done in partnership with Victim Services known as the Automatic Notification Program.
Eligible incidents will be automatically connected with Victim Services so trained support workers will be able to reach out and offer help, resources and safety planning.
West Grey Police say the goal is simple, to make sure support is available so nobody has to navigate these situations alone.
