Grey Bruce Public Health is reminding residents that the requirements for eligibility for PCR testing have changed.
They say many residents are attending assessment centres and requesting or demanding testing who do not meet the new eligibility.
They are receiving reports of challenging and sometimes abusive language.
Public Health says they must follow the new guidelines.
They say people can review the new testing and case contact management protocols from the Public Health website.
