A two vehicle crash in Huron East which claimed one life in January has resulted in charges.
On January 1st at 1:35pm, OPP, Huron County Paramedics and the North Huron Fire Department responded to a crash on Blyth Road near Hensall Road in Huron East.
Emergency services arrived to find and SUV and a truck hauling a cattle trailer had collided.
The lone driver of the truck was pronounced deceased with the second driver not injured.
Following investigation the driver of the SUV, a 25 year old man of North Huron was charged on April 8th with Dangerous Driving Causing Death.
The accused will appear in court next month.
