South Bruce Opp continue to investigate a fatal crash on Highway 6.
On August 8th at around 5:30pm, OPP responded to a head on crash between an SUV and passenger vehicle.
Four people were taken to hospital.
A 17 year old of Markham was later pronounced deceased with the others sustained serious but non life threatening injuries.
Investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact OPP.
