Owen Sound Police is partnering with both the Library and IT Department in the City of Owen Sound to offer seniors an online safety session.

This online safety session for seniors is being held tomorrow, June 23rd at 6:30pm in the Owen Sound Library Auditorium.

The month of June is Seniors Month in Ontario, and as part of this year’s theme of Stay Active, Connected, and Safe, the Library will host a free program to support seniors staying safe online.

There will be a presentation to answer questions about how to spot scams, avoid computer viruses, and how to protect yourself while online. The presentation will be from the Owen Sound Police Service with staff from the City of Owen Sound’s IT Department.

To register for this safety session, contact the Library at 519-376-6623 x 3 or email info@library.osngupl.ca
